Wealth architecture begins long before business succession
\r\nIn recent years, I have had the privilege of assisting numerous entrepreneurial families with business valuations, business succession planning, and the structuring of entrepreneurial wealth.\r\nIn doing so, I have repeatedly encountered a similar pattern:\r\n<\/p>

\r\nIt wasn\u2019t the company that posed the greatest challenge \u2013 it was the structure of the accumulated wealth.\r\nMany successful entrepreneurs invest all their energy over decades into building their companies. This results in stable business models, jobs, and sustainable value creation. The profits generated are then often transferred to a holding company or into their personal assets.\r\n<\/p>

\r\nHowever, this is precisely where a new entrepreneurial task begins.\r\nFor alongside the operating company, a second system emerges:\r\nthe assets.\r\nBusiness Assets Require Their Own Strategy\r\nIn practice, wealth is often built up step by step.\r\nA real estate property results from an interesting opportunity.\r\nAn equity investment is acquired based on a recommendation.\r\nPrecious metals serve to protect wealth.\r\nA securities portfolio develops over the years.\r\nEach individual investment can make sense.\r\n<\/p>

\r\nThe crucial question, however, is:
\r\nWhat role does it play within the overall wealth architecture?\r\n<\/p>
